Very high level of traffic noise (No train, No Local Cars driving, No Plane Noise and No Rain) In this 200+ day project of recording sound levels in the Village of Justice, IL. As what could be considered par for the course- the noise is coming from the I-294 direction with only light traffic on Archer rd. Hard to make light on the subject when one can remember a time that traffic noise was not an issue.
